In Higher Secondary Arts and Science

Total number of seats is 120 in each stream. In science stream there is a provision for separate English medium section.
The college offers the following subjects – English, MIL (Assamese),Alternative English, Environmental Education, Sanskrit, Logic & Philosophy, History, Political Science, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography and Statistics.
Among these:
(1) English and MIL (Assamese) or Alternative English & Environmental Education are compulsory and
(2) A student can offer three/four subjects from the following list :
N.B.: 45% marks at the H.S.L.C. Examination is the cut-off criterion for admission into 1st yr. H.S. (Sc.) Class. Medium of instruction: English / Assamese
